And on the seventh day they rested.  After six days of bike touring, we decided to take a rest from our vacation.  After a late r rising (common enough any day), a leisurely stroll along the quai led us to a point where we noticed a sign:  Musee de Distillerie Combier.  Naturallement, Jon wanted to check it out.  A delicious serendipity it was!  We were, technically, late for the scheduled tour, but the salesman chatted us up and ended up taking us in back to see the operation.  This company was the original creator of the Triple Sec recipe and now produces an extensive variety of fruit- and nut-flavored liqueurs.
