Mary Carol & Jon,

If I were a jealous man I'd be a jealous man. Love the Wallace & Grommit movie poster.

Love & Peace

Hi Jon and Mary Carol,
All seems well here. Sunday Hank and I went to check the mail again and do a rough sort. I will check today, as well.
Your travel diary is very impressive--I would love to go to France with Hank and, especially, to see Paris. I saw it by myself in 1972, and sleazy looking thin guys would eye me, wondering if I would like to be accompanied (....or something....)

Call us when you get to the airport Wednesday, so we can arrange a pickup for you both and your trusty steed.
Norma

Hello team JMCW what a good idea to have your daily travel-reports on the web. So far so good talking your late summer begin autumn cyclingtrip in this part of Europe. The weather does cooperate and in my cycling-experience people are nice towards cyclists in general, as is proofing your trip too ! Although we just had a very short meeting in my hometown Amsterdam it was great meeting you and cycling alongside the two of you while leading you out of town. Loads of safe cycling miles for now and in the future !!!

You two are awesome. I (Kathy) am sitting here with a leg I can't walk on and feeling 4000 yrs old and there you are acting out the hero myths. I love it.

I am so happy you found my sister's place OK in London. She tells me you actually got to see her--given her schedule, that's amazing! Happy travels...

Cool! Liked my first look at this site, & love reading about your trip (e.g. pleasures of good bike paths & helpful people in Holland). Keep it up, and enjoy!

I realized that I set this up and forgot to sign it! Hope you're having an acceptable flight (I don't think a flight from California to England can ever by 'good'), and will have a fantastic trip!

Hey. This online stuff beats having to call in every night like you did on the cross country trip with Nathan. And you don't have to make a website after the trip! How does it get any better that that? Have a grand and glorious adventure!

Its great to be listed as one of your links. My son and I now realize the joys of long distance bike touring. You are a step ahead of us, as Europe seems like a natural next destination. I will be be following your trip closely!

Have a great time, and don’t forget to smile up the hills!
